Dr Jonathan Albilia Chirurgien buccal et maxillo-facial



Dr Albilia a débuté sa formation à la faculté de médecine dentaire de l’université McGill. Sa formation spécialisée en chirurgie buccale et maxillo-faciale a été complétée dans le réseau de l’université de Toronto où il a également complété une maitrise en biologie osseuse et en maladies dégénératives des articulations.

Les principaux intérêts du Dr Albilia comprennent la chirurgie orthognathique, les traitements régénérateurs et la reconstruction de l'ATM et des approches innovatrices en reconstructions pré-implantaires.

Il est un membre actif de l'hôpital général juif, de l'hôpital Verdun et de l'hôpital Sacré-Coeur. À la demande des patients ou pour procédures faciales esthétiques, ces chirurgies peuvent être effectuées en centre de chirurgie privée.

Dr Firoozeh Samim Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology Specialist

Dr. Samim is a Canadian and American Board Certified specialist in Oral Medicine & Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology. Dr. Samim received her DMD from Shiraz University of Medical Science and completed the Oral Medicine & Oral Pathology residency program at the University of British Colombia (UBC). Dr. Samim completed her Master of Science in craniofacial and pediatric dentistry focusing on the oral health of the vulnerable population. She has published several papers focusing on oral mucositis, oral care in cancer patients and temporomandibular disorders. She was an assistant professor at UBC and a staff of BC Cancer agency.

Dr. Samim is currently a clinical assistant professor at McGill University and a staff of pathology and laboratory medicine at the Health Science Center of NL with the active role in teaching both undergraduate and graduate dental students.

Dr. Samim’s expertise lies in the diagnosis, nature and primarily non-surgical management of oral, maxillofacial, and temporomandibular disorders.
