Do you suffer from one of the following?:

Package & Pricing

• An initial consultation ($275) with one of our doctors to obtain a diagnosis and determine if you are a good candidate for the Pain Clinic.
• A custom treatment plan will be devised and catered to your needs.
• The initial consultation fee will be deducted from the Registration Fee for the Natix Pain Clinic ($1,275).
• Although there is no guarantee of resolution of symptoms, we will do our very best to resolve your problem and improve your quality of life.

The one-time Registration Fee of C$1,275 (valued at $1,700 and up) includes the following:

• consultation with a pain doctor (Dr. Samim).
• consultation with a surgeon (Dr. Albilia).
• 2 cone beam CT (CBCT) scans of your TMJs (one initial and one follow up), if indicated.
• unlimited panoramic radiographs.
• access to the clinic's services (administrative and unlimited follow ups), and a patient for life.
• 5 Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) sessions, if indicated.
• 2 extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT) sessions, if indicated.

The following services are NOT included in the Registration Fee:

• surgical fees (RAMQ or private)
• splint therapy (night guard)
• therapeutic injections (articular or muscle)
• any other treatment not listed above
• any extra LLLT and ESWT sessions above the number listed above
